Domestic Purchases

Items purchased domestically are non-returnable unless the product is defective or returned due to Excelsius Marketing Solutions’ error.

International Purchases

Items purchased internationally are non-returnable unless the product is defective or returned due to Excelsius Marketing Solutions’ error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If the product is defective or returned due to Excelsius Marketing Solutions’ error, full or partial credit will be issued. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return.
